The Department of Radiology and Neuroradiology provides maximum service at the two locations for the Klinikum Dortmund, a tertiary medical centre and is lsited as an academic hospital of the University of Münster. The technical equipment of the radiological department is of highest standards and covers all modalities including three high-field MRI, four multi-slice CT and two biplane angiosuites. The clinical service is conducted by experienced specialists and a support team trained to the highest standard.  

We provide clinical service in:

• Interventional radiology and neuroradiology
• Magnetic-Resonance Imaging (MRI)
• Computed Tomography (CT)
• Digital X-ray
• Fluoroscopy

In addition to the clinical service we are at the forefront of medical research with several projects running and have participated for over 20 years in many clinical trials conducting our trials according to ICH-GCP standard.  Our department is certified according to ISO-DIN 9001.
